CIE's distance learning Computer Programming Course with Lab was designed to provide an individual having little or no computer background with the knowledge to join the ever-growing field of computer programming!

Students graduate with the ability to understand, analyze and program various computer applications used in the business, manufacturing and service industries today.

In addition, you will be able to develop and build web pages, learn how to install and run applications and perform basic system management on your PC.

  • Computer Programming with Lab also contains hands-on laboratory experiments that utilize Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Windows, a C Compiler and additional software included with the textbook material.

    Computer Programming with Lab (course 1C) was created specifically for the distance learning student. Experience a step-by-step method of learning that allows you to complete each lesson at your own pace when it's convenient for you!

    All the textbooks, labs and instructor support are included with tuition. Our instruction staff works directly with you one-on-one to answer your questions and provide you with technical assistance when needed - even if it's on a Saturday!

    Earn an Accredited Diploma

    Students graduate with a Nationally Accredited Diploma in Computer Programming and may continue their education with CIE and receive academic and tuition credit that can be applied towards CIE's more advanced programs.

    CIE has an open enrollment policy and you can start this program at anytime. One of the advantages of enrolling with CIE is that you can study at your own pace. Some students go through the program slowly, others at an accelerated level, but on average most students complete about two lessons a week.

    We can accommodate almost any arrangement that suits you best and with our generous time allotment of 12 months for Course 1C you can be assured to have enough time to complete your program.
